2.      POSITIONSUMMARY

 

The AGM - QAis responsible for quality of products and processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards, testing materials and checking finished products.

·         Responsible for strategic. Tactical and operational quality planning.

·         Ensuring all products supplying to customers meet their requirement.

·         Establish, publish, and maintain polices and procedure related to the scope of quality Assurance Activity.

·         Responsible for vendor qualifications.

·         Production quality monitoring.

·         Preparing, reviewing, approving and distributing of all quality related documents.

·         Preparation of Master Manufacturing Formula for all products manufactured.

·         Issuing batch manufacturing records.

·         Preparing, checking, and approving validation protocols.

·         Investigation and record preparation for deviations, out of specifications.

·         Handling of customer complaints and preparation of CAPA.

·         Planning and organizing training activities related to product quality and reliability.

·         Ensuring Good Laboratory Practices are implemented.

·         Investigating customer complaints regarding quality.

·         Controlling further processing until all conditions are satisfactory.

·         Quality control systems and procedure audits conducted to determine the efficiency in ensuring product quality and actions and recommendations made based on findings.

·         Laboratory staff supported by means of coaching and guidance in the area of expertise and strategic alignment.

·         Areas for improved process and product monitoring identified and investigated for feasibility.

·         Conduct audit of quality control system & prepare report indicating action to be taken.

·         List QC areas that require improvement. Conduct an investigation to intentionally obtain approval or an alternative.

·         Budgets for quality control are prepared according to company financial guidelines.

·         Expenditure managed within budget and according to immediate priority. Identify possible reasons for deviating from budget.

·         Identify various ways of delivering training. Compare them to establish the preferred method for :  Core Lab Technicians and Line Staff.

·          Keeping in touch with the sales team and identify the problems with the product in the market and coordinate with the production team to sort out the issues.

·          Periodic /Regular Market visits to understand the quality problems and also meeting the customers. Develop the QAD team to undertake the same.

·         To perform any other related duties assigned by the superior.

·         Six Sigma implementation

·         Well versed with the New IMS requirements.

·         Has applied Quality tools/ Business analytic tools in the production for Improvements

·         Closely worked with Vendors for improvement of RM supplies.

·         Developed in-house systems for quality Culture.

·         Sound knowledge of the Standards, like BIS, ASTM and other testing methods.

·         Driving process improvements to achieve QA targets.

·         Competent in using the current tools in Digital mode.

3.      MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS

 

Qualification

Graduate Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical). Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA.

Age

35-38 years

Experience

Must have

·         10-15 years relevant experience in Quality Assurance & Purchase functions inEngineering / Manufacturing organization. Preference will be given to personswith experience in similar industry.

·         Strong communication and presentation skills

·         Good skills in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook.
