ASSISTANT MANAGER LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT &                                                     OD

Designation : Assistant Manager – L&D & OD

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4 - 6 years

Salary Range : UP TO 12 LPA (Nego)

FUNCTIONAL AREA: Trainer & OD

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Responsible for identifying training needs from different departments by meeting the stake holders and using reports.

·         Plan training interventions for the sales team based on Training Need Identification.

·         Prepare and communicate the training calendar on regular basis and ensure all the training activities are delivered as per the training calendar.

·         Review daily file and share the observations with concerned location head.

·         Plan and execute the New Employee Induction program.

·         Prepare and maintain reports on monthly basis to track the efficacy of training imparted.

·         Supporting the effective on-boarding, sales and product training for existing Team Members by creating effective training modules.

·         Responsible for the delivery of training for technical and non-technical skills for existing  team members.

·         Content development and creating process modules.

·         Act as a Subject Matter Expert for projects and initiatives within the department and Company.

·         Analysing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.

·         Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.

·         Interviewing personnel and facilitating targeted skills development initiatives.

·         Leading business optimization initiatives by conducting individual or group training sessions for personnel.

·         Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.

·         Optimizing personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.

·         Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.

·         Advising executives and managers and recommending efficient and cost-effective solutions for identified challenges.

·         Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and managers.

 

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

·         A minimum of 2 years' experience as an organizational development

·         Must have experience in functional and behavioural training in a related industry.

·         Additional Training Certifications will have an edge

·         Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.

·         Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

·         Excellent presentation skills.

·         Excellent leadership and collaboration skills

·         Superb analytical and time-management skills.

·         Knowledge of regional languages will be preferred

·         Willing to travel extensively.

·         MBTI OR THOMAS CERTIFICATION
