Purpose | Manage the maintenance of machines & equipments to ensure continual uninterrupted working in the plant. | ||||

| MAINTENANCE | Carry out daily scheduled checkup of all machines and equipments to ensure uninterrupted production. | Machine downtime in hrs. | ||

| Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule and maintain machinery history card. | No. of Non – compliance with respect to predictive, preventive & scheduled maintenance. | ||
|
| Attend to machinery breakdowns complaints. |
| ||
|
| Analyze equipment failures, determines cause(s) and makes necessary adjustments/repairs. |
| ||
|
| Ensure proper earthing and zero power leakages. |
| ||
|
| Regularly inspect panel room. |
| ||
|
| Ensure proper cable laying, Electricity fitting, power point fixing, etc. |
| ||
|
| Carry out machine shifting and plant installation. |
| ||
|
| Educate workers to use and maintain machine and equipments properly. |

| All business transactions should be recorded timely. |
| ||
| SAFETY | Regularly monitor safety aspects of the plant to avoid any mishap. | No. of safety accidents, near misses, fire or deviations reported due to loose electrical system, improper housekeeping of electrical wiring and equipment. | ||
