Designation: ASSOSIATE MANAGER-B2B 

Salary: Up to 5.2 LPA

Location: Ahmadabad

Experience: 3-5 Yrs

PROFITABLE GROWTH

Implement sales plan to achieve RCV targets in Technical Foam Segment.

Follow up with existing customers for orders, payments and statutory forms.

Prospect & identify opportunities and convert them into business.

Actively follow current industry trends, market and competitors’ activities, consolidate information and submit details.

RCV

MARKET DEVELOPMENT & PENETRATION

Survey markets for potential clients at

regular interval, identify new customer or new foam applications.

No. of new customers added

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Visit existing customer to strengthen relationship

Ensure timely end customer complaint redressal.

No. of customer visited.

 

Complaints redressal within stipulated time

COLLECTIONS

Ensure that payments are received timely from the customers.

Ensure compliance to Statutory requirement of Sales tax and other Govt

bodies such as “C” forms, etc.

Credit Days Pending Forms

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Develop successor for Business Continuity.

 

Key Decisions

Decision on adding new technical customers.

Decision on finalizing rates contracts, payment terms and conditions.

Working Relation

Close relationship with Peers to have a better understanding of Industry.

Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims / accounts of Technical Customers are settled within time.

Close relationship with other Service Departments.

Work with operations, logistics and other concerned departments for better and timely service to customers.

Establish close relationship with technical customer to understand their needs / market needs and challenges.

Close relation with subordinates to ensure harmonious working conditions.
