 JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Executive Assistant

Purpose of the position

  • Ownership of the BD, Sales & MARCOM – Online, Offline & On Ground for the CEO

 

  • To draft Communication  / correspondence at strategic & Tactical levels.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

To independently handle all day-to-correspondence of the promoters. To coordinate & communicate with the promoters on all concerned matters regularly.

To manage calendar and oversee the appointment effectiveness. To fix meetings in the office and at the client site as the situation demands.

Management of the database of all associates, company records and report to Management.

4

To maintain systematic record-keeping.

5

To ensure smooth functioning and execution of all day today secretarial functions

6

Other secretarial functions
