Position : Export Logistics & Documentation
Location : Noida
Experience : Min 2yrs
Salary : UP TO 3.6LPA (NEGO)
Age group between 25 to 30 yrs
Pre shipment documentation
1. Maintain and keep records PI and PO,
2. Prepare Custom Invoice, PL,
3. Prepare BL Instruction, certificate of Origin, Insurance and approvals in draft
4. Logistic Portal updates,
5. Sample follow-up and its documentation
6. Prepare customer based shipping documents
7. Payment follow-up with finance and customer for advance
Few things to be taken into account:
1. Hours of working shall be from 11 am to 7 pm minimum.
