Position : Key Accounts Manager – Modern Trade
Location : Hyderabad
Education : MBA / PGDM or related Degrees
Experience : 05 to 08 years (with 03 to 05 years in handling Key Accounts in MT)
Preferred Industries : Consumer Durables, Furniture, Furnishing, Crockery
Age : 28 to 32 years
CTC Offered : Up to 08 LPA (Negotiable)
Languages : Telgu, Hindi, English,
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Achieve the Sales Targets set by the company.
- Account Management in co-ordination with respective teams.
- Growth in business by way of generating additional business/ expansion.
- Overall monitoring of sales & operations, monitor KPIS, Generate Reports, Analyze Business
- Recruiting & Training of sales promoters, team members.
- Reviewing sales on weekly basis formats in place already for reports.
- Draw incentive scheme for team to motivate achieve objectives
- New incentive scheme for team.
- Planning and executing marketing needs.
- Process & actionable that sustains growth & minimizes losses to the business.
- Lead the team by example, constantly motivating & encouraging towards company objectives.
- Monitoring & reporting to HRD in concern with Sales promoter’s attendance, leave & admin activities
