Position                          :     Manager (E-Tail & E-Commerce)

Location                             :      Bangalore

Minimum Qualification : MBA (Marketing) or Related Streams 

                Preferred: B.Tech (computers or related steams with MBA)

Age             : Up to 35 Years

Remuneration             : Up to 18 LPA (Nego)

Experience     :  10 to 12 Years Proven experience of handling e-commerce 

                                                        Key Accounts.

Preferred Industries : e-commerce, Consumer Durables, Fashion & Clothing, Footwear,

Electronics & Semiconductors, Household Appliances, Kitchen Accessories, Bathing Accessories, etc.

Reports to :       SBU – Head (Retail & Ecommerce)

e-commerce Retail Strategy

Fast adopter of New Technologies in e-commerce space

Specialties: 

e-commerce Product Management, Customer Relationship Management,  Business Process Mapping and Automation, Project Planning and Management 

Responsible for managing key business objectives:

Liaising with various teams to create and define standard operating procedures and processes for the team enabling them to execute on the vision

Directs and oversees the order fulfilment process

Providing final review and approval for e-commerce channel contracts and agreements

Managing e-commerce channels Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong and Snapdeal for company product listing and order fulfilment

Analyze Channels and company web site inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory risk, determine liquidation strategy for non-moving/slow-moving inventory

Ensure timely and efficient implementation of concepts and promotions on the website

Manage, track and analyze all consumer facing promotions on the website and E-Commerce Platforms on a regular basis with timely updates to everyone concerned

Communicate regularly Line Manager and Product lead with feedback on online store visits

Personalizing MIS requirements from operations perspective as and when required for dissemination of accurate business information for high level business decision
