JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead the brand and communications strategy to build equity and drive customer acquisition, retention goals. Build brand awareness and sales promotion.

  • Lead the brand strategy workstream beginning from consumer insights to proposition development to build a strong brand. Develop the voice, tonality, and identity of the brand.
  • Responsible for end-to-end execution of campaigns from agency briefing and handling, campaign execution and measurement: Creative, Media, digital, PR.
  • Developing strategies for non-performing stores
  • New customer acquisition and increase market share in the segment.
  • Planning and execution of all BTL and ATL activations nationally.
  • Digital marketing, SMS, Email marketing and alliances with third parties for cross-promotions and online campaigns.
  • CRM- Loyalty and Referral programs, and database marketing. Support execution of Customer loyalty program.
  • New Product & store Launch planning
  • Drive brand consistency across marketing assets: Collateral planning/ POP
  • Tracking condensed information about competition and market trends.
  • Vendor Management- Sourcing, negotiating and developing new vendors.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholder, sales, finance, operations, and store teams.

 Handled Marketing agencies and have an understanding of national brand management.
