Regional Relationship Manager 

Position : Regional Relationship Manager

         Education : MBA/PGDM or related Degrees

        Experience : 04 - 08 Yrs with Distributer handling experience.

Age Band : 30 to 35 Yrs

Offered Remuneration  :   Up to 09 LPA (Negotiable)

Regional Area : MP+CG 

Preferred Industries       :         Plastic/ Furniture/ Luggage industry/ Glass/ Paints and Varnishes, Building Materials, Plywood and Veneer, Electrical & Switchgear, Plastics & Polymers, Chemicals.

·        Self-starter and Self-motivated with high need for achievement.

·        Entrepreneurial mindset.

·        Possess good communication skills.

·        Good knowledge of MS Excel with strong data analysis.

·        Ability to work with cross functional teams.

·        Demonstrated ability to critically think, solve problems and prioritize in fast paced environment

·        Strong ability to listen and communicate

·        Ability to understand & analyze, the requirement of customer/ channel partner and quickly formulate plan to resolve it.

·        Ability to understand customer and organizational value chain

·        Ability to plan, forecast and deliver on the exponential top line and bottom line growth

·        Happy to travel, as travel can be up-to 80% of working days 

JD of the RRM is given below

      1. Appointing Relevant Distribution channel in the Region.

      2. Driving the distributors to create width and depth of our products in the market

      3. Finding new product opportunities in the existing market.

      4. Escalate the market related issues like pricing and competition information in a structured manner.

     5. Responsible for the generation of B2B business from the leads identified by the team.

     6. Conduct B2B activities and Channel related sales promotion activities as per the product demands.

      7. Focus on New Products Launches.

       8.  Managing Influencer Activities.

       9. Achieving primary target.

      10. Ensuring there is no overdue Outstanding in the market.
