Location : Mumbai (Cover entire Maharashtra)
Qualification : MBA
Age Limit : 25 to 32 years
Experience : 5 to 8 years exp.
CTC Offered : Up to 8 LPA (Negotiable)
Industry : experience from the Consumer Durables / Sleep Comfort / Furniture / Moulded Furniture / Home Furnishing / FMCG / Paints / Tyres / Tiles & Sanitaryware / Plywood & Laminates, Cycles, etc
Job Responsibilities:-
• Expand the reach of Company Retail stores by appointing franchisee for exclusive small and medium sized stores.
• Maintaining good relations with Franchisees.
• Helping FOFO generate revenue and profits.
• Time to time Feedback on Consumers, Markets and Franchisees to be given to Management for continuous improvement in processes.
• Handling, Reporting and Redressing issues & complaints coming from franchisee stores.
• Implementing pre-decided store designs, to make Retail Stores operational within the processes, parameters & systems provided.
• Follow policies & systems created to make stores operational.
• Maintenance of design, merchandise & checklist post stores becoming operational.
• Coordinating store inauguration & programs along with team as per process provided.
• Coordinating & executing marketing & BTL activity, as directed.
• Coordination with various departments of the company for smooth flow of work.
• Compliance & adherence to policies provided.
• In-charge of entire sales functions of KH & SW of the Region both functionally and administratively.
• Ensuring that there is proper growth in the markets for the Franchise controlled by him.
• Responsible for monitoring the Collections/ Outstanding of the Region for KH & SW.
• Calling on FOFO – KHs & SWs and ensuring that all issues like credit note/debit notes or other small operational issues are sorted out and issues beyond his level to be reported to the next level of authority to be informed.
• Identify the new markets where we can penetrate as FOFO KH & SW and increase sales.
• Monitoring the Display of Company P.O.P Material.
• Informing and implementing the Companies Policies in the market through FOFO KHs & SWs.
• Instrumental in the Launch of new product lines
• To assign territories that has adequate workload for optimum coverage of market at minimum travel time and cost for maximizing output.
• Managing and providing on the job training to employees reporting, as per processes provided.
• To keep a watch on the market changes in the retail segment and give input for the same.
• To study category competition retail formats
