Designation: Retail Officer
Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA (NEGOTIABLE)
Location: Ahemdabad
Experience: 1 to 3 Yrs of experience in Consumer Durables Brands
Education : MBA/MA/M.Com/Master degree
Age Limit: 21 – 26 years
Candidate should handling AHMEDABAD, Himmatnagar, Gandhinagar, Rajkot, amreli, kodinar, bhuj, mithapur, Jamnagar
Job Responsibilities:-
1. Expand the reach of COMPANY Retail stores – FOFO KHs & SWs by appointed franchisee but exclusive small and medium sized stores.
2. Maintaining good relations with Franchisees.
3. Generate revenue and profits.
4. To ensure that the collection targets are met on a daily basis strictly abiding the current Company’s Trade Policy (TP).
5. To achieve the sales targets on a weekly / monthly / quarterly / annually basis, strictly abiding the current Company’s Trade Policy (TP)
6. To train, guide and support the franchise and to ensure that every franchise achieves the sales and payment is done as per policy.
7. To maintain good relationship with every business associate and strive to enhance the image of the Company.
8. To evolve strategies for every franchise in order to maximize the business and market share within the policies and guidelines of the company.
9. To identify the problematic area, those affect the growth and evolve suitable solution in order to eliminate the same keeping in view the long-term interests of the Company.
10. To keep a watch on the market changes in the retail segment and give input for the same.
11. To study category competition retail formats
12. To make calls to the FOFO – KHs & SWs regular basis and inform about schemes and Orders
13. To ensure on indenting against Franchise Orders are placed on time
14. To increase the FOFO KHs & SWs network by appointing new from Outside trade preferably.
15. To ensure proper product & brand display at FOFO KHs & SWs counters.
16. To maintain good relationship with the FOFO – KHs & SWs.
17. To make sure on franchise maintaining proper hygiene standard set by Company.
