Location: Punjab, Amritsar 
Reporting To: School Principal
Salary: 2.5 LPA
EXP: Min 3 Yrs
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Job Description :

a. Performs assigned administrative duties for the school which includes but is not limited to school level documentation, data handling, record keeping, routine school upkeep and maintenance

b. Perform tasks related to data entry, data management and report generation

c. Making travel arrangements for students and staff as approved by Principal from time to time

d. Support in preparation and conduct of meetings and school level events

e. Support in school level inventory management and local procurement

f. Undertake required documentation and record keeping processes for the school

g. Support school team in engagement with Government Departments, Local Bodies and other stakeholders.

h. Support school towards adherence to defined policies and processes around safety and statutory compliances.

i. Support Principal/HR SPOC in organizing teachers’ recruitment drive, completing joining process and orientation of newly inducted teachers.

j. Any other duty or assignment which may arise from time to time or as directed by the Principal from time to time.
