Position – Sr Engineer Service 

Location – Mumbai

Salary details - 6 LPA negotiable

Educational Qualification - Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Desired candidate profile –

Responsible for in house Repairs of Digital Cameras, DSLR & LENSES, service operation function, meeting KPI Norms, Customer Satisfaction, control measures.

Troubleshooting, Repair & Servicing of Imaging Products in Company’s own Service Centre,

Achieving productivity by Quick Resolution of customer problem by repairing each category wisely and asap to achieve the Targets

Handling customer queries/escalation over telephone/personally

Controlling of TAT and other service parameters

Controlling of part consumption by precise troubleshooting & identification of faults

Identifying/Controlling repeat cases & making appropriate action plan to avoid the same

 Responsible for Quality Control of Repaired products

 Build & maintain positive customer relationship
