Position – Supervisor Accounts

Location - Bangalore

Qualification - M.Com,(B.Com),MBA (Finance)

Skill/Competency Details - Expert in handling accounts related issues and knowledge of SAP, tally, excel, e- mails, GST etc.

Age band – 25 to 30

Experience – 3 to 5 Years

CTC – UP TO 5.4 LPA (NEGO) 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF “ACCOUNTS SUPERVISOR” 

·         Checking accounting entries and correcting the same if required.

·         Reconciliation of Stocks – Factory to ASO and ASO to ASO.

·         Bank Reconciliation.

·         Debtors ageing and monitoring

·         GRIR clearing

·         MIRO

·         Debtors – receipt adjustment & settlement

·         Transfer of Funds Reconciliation

·         Reconciliation of accounts from ASO to HO and ASO to ASO

·         Checking payment vouchers

·         Making outstanding statements as per required formats

·         Attending to the Branch queries

·         Sending imprest payments

·         Monitoring cheque returns.

·         Monitoring monthly rent and analysing the same with last year expenses.

·         Verifying RR / DC / Exclusive Commission, statements and releasing the same after being approved.

·         Attending to old disputed outstanding as per details sent by ASOs.

·         Liasoning with I & S Department for sorting out computer related issues of the ASOs.

·         Expenses – Monitoring/clearing of expenses, vis-à-vis budgets, including T.E Bills of Business Officers.

·         Receivables – Monitoring of current and old – providing necessary information to ABMs/Business Officers, follow-up with dealers/distributors for collection and confirmation of balances Reconciliation of dealer/distributors’ accounts.

·         Files/Records – Maintenance

·         Reports – Preparation of various reports, as required by  higher ups

·         Attending to Statutory Requirements as & when required.

·         Any other jobs/responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
