Educational Qualification	Diploma in Mechanical / BE-Mechanical
Desired Skills	EXP IN MFG INDUSTRIES
Age Band	22-27 yrs
Remuneration	2.5 to 4 LPA

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Planning and controlling the production activities, as per the requirements.

2. Planning and controlling the labour in order to get the optimum work from them.

3. Maintaining discipline in the floor

4. Minimize wastage, reduce inventory, maintain good housekeeping inside the floor.

5. Create a system of the work environment in order to set up procedures to sustain, maintain and deliver the quality job

6. Adhere to safety-related matters,& Monitoring ISO related documents

7. To reduce cost and improve upon production methods

8. A systematic approach to analyzing problems and arriving at a solution in order to increase productivity.

9. Coordinating with peers in order to maximize machine utilization.

10. Involve with the maintenance department and plan for predictive maintenance

11. Co-ordinate ISO personnel to maintain ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 14000-2004 related documents and process.
