Training Need Assessment at District Level o
Identify gaps based on feedback from CC/ DC o
Propose a solution and plan of action with Sr.
Manager-Training / Head T&C ·
Planning & deployment of district-level training
for teachers (Implementation of Training Calendar) o
Induction/orientation training of teachers o
Pedagogical/subject-specific training of teachers o
Leadership training of Head Teachers o
Refresher Training for underperforming teachers ·
School Visit and on the job support to the teachers ·

Impact analysis of training at District level ·
Managing training data and documentation ·
Academic support to District Team ·
Support and Contribute to T&C on other academic
