Purpose |
Prepare, Implement and Monitor
strategies & policies for achieving targeted sales, TP and improve
International presence on a sustainable basis. Strategically Market and Industrial Product in the international markets by identifying customers
and their needs. |

Key Decisions |

Decision on adding or dropping an Export
customers. l
Decision on adding products in Export
Portfolio. l
Decision
on finalizing rates contracts, payment terms and conditions. l
Take
decision on job rotation, employee development, promotion recommendation,
disengaging non-performers and manpower planning. |

Working Relation |
·
Close
relationship with Peers to have a better understanding of Industry. ·
Close
relationship with R & D Department to ensure better understanding and
smooth introduction / changes product portfolio for export customers. ·
Work
closely with Lab to provide all certification / test as required by Export
customers. ·
Work closely Customers to understand and develop product line
extensions or new product lines. ·
Close
relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims / accounts of
Export Parties are settled within time. ·
Work
closely with marketing department for catalogue support. ·
Close
relationship with other Service Departments. ·
Work
with operations, logistics and other concerned departments for better and
timely service to customers. ·
Work
closely with Units to ensure timely and defect free supplies as per
international standards. ·
Work
closely with Customs and other Government Departments to ensure all legal
formalities are completed for exports. ·
Close
relation with subordinates to ensure harmonious working conditions. |
